Between the hustle and bustle of Spring Break, getting a new puppy & hosting Easter, I have had limited time to share what's been going on with my email list! So here are a few life and BTRIBALFIT community updates for you this morning...

Birthday Girls Trip

I took a trip to the Dominican Republic in late February with some of my best friends, and of course I filmed as much content for my members as possible!! I know how fun it is to see the beach and ocean when you work out, so I maximized the time and made 1 video each day!

I was SO proud of our March workouts!! Cassie and I filmed a Weighted Superset for the books!! Kate taught a 10-minute circuit series that will leave ya burning in the best way. And I managed to film Mobility, Boxing, Barre & Glutes for you while I was in paradise. Let me tell you, carrying a tripod and weights through the airport is some serious dedication!! 😂😂

How Long Do You Workout?

QUESTION!!!! I've been creating more 20-minute workouts lately. Do you like that length of video? Is that helpful? Are you able to double up videos on days you need a longer workout? My goal is to always give you what you NEED!! So pls pls reply back let me know what format and length of video you prefer.
